Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. richman88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the customer support team immediately.

Users are prohibited from:

Providing false information during registration or account verification.
Sharing your account with any other party.
Using another person's account without valid authorisation.
Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's systems.
Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to interact with the platform.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the richman88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid. richman88 does not accept deposits made via third-party accounts.

Deposits are processed via available methods at the time, including local bank transfers, FPX and supported e-wallets. Processing times depend on the selected method and may vary. Withdrawal of winnings will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the account holder's registration details.

Richman88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to ensure transaction security and comply with anti-money laundering policies. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal processing.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank accounts, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be terminated immediately.

4. Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

The richman88 platform contains intellectual property including logos, designs, software, content and branding protected under copyright and trademark law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of richman88's intellectual property without explicit written consent.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links

Richman88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, suspected fraud or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance in the account may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach. richman88 will notify the user of this decision via their registered email, except where notification cannot be made for security reasons.

The richman88 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. richman88 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in effect.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Richman88 reserves the right to modify, add or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or their registered email. The date of the last update will be displayed at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the richman88 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
